How often do you actually clean under your bed?
We know that keeping up with everything we need to clean can be really tiresome and the list seems endless, but there are some places that you should clean regularly. This includes the kitchen, the bathroom and, if it may come as a surprise, under your bed.
You can forget about it as it is not regularly in your sight, but you have to consider that you still spend a lot of time in your bedroom, so dirt, dust and grime accumulates under your bed, you can see it or not.
You don’t have to vacuum under your bed every time, but it’s important that you do it at least twice a month because you don’t want to breathe in that unhygienic air. This is especially true when this dirt accumulates over a long period of time.
You can make this part of your routine. If you can’t make it twice a month, try at least once a month. Of course, the more you clean under the bed, the cleaner your air becomes.
To properly clean under your bed, clear out any items you might be storing there, then start sweeping or vacuuming. If you want to automate this process and make it easier on yourself, you can use a robot vacuum cleaner.
If you find dust bunnies avoiding you, you can use a hair dryer to move them around and suck them up more easily.
